What we collect

• Email address (if you enter it) to save your plan and send updates.
• Plan settings & notes are stored in your browser (local storage) on the device you’re using. They are not uploaded unless you submit your email.

How we use your email

When you provide an email, we add it to our list in Constant Contact so you can receive your plan link and occasional updates. You can unsubscribe at any time using the links in those emails.

Third parties

We use Constant Contact for email list management. Their use of your data is governed by their policies. We do not sell your personal information.

Data retention

Plan checkmarks/notes live on your device until you clear your browser storage. Emails remain in Constant Contact until you unsubscribe or we delete them.
